Please remember to bring a VGA adapter with you. While free wifi is available, keep in mind that with so many conference attendees accessing the network, it’s advisable to not rely on the internet for your presentation.

Presentations that require technology:
In order to give conference attendees a bit more control over their costs, we’re going to only direct charge for technology to those individuals who request and receive access to digital projectors and screens. That is, we’re passing on the technology charges to those who wish to have that affordance.
Projector and Screen: $55 charge
Screen Only (bring your own projector): $25 charge
